INFORMATION ON THE RULES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), we hereby inform you that:
- The controller of the personal data is PCC-Cert Group Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kobierzyce (55-040), at ul. Sportowa 29, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 896-15-39-543.
- Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
- providing training services pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- handling enquiries, to the extent specified via registration forms and other means of contact, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
- conducting the recruitment process pursuant to Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (c) of the GDPR and Article 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code of 26 June 1974,
- performing certification-related agreements pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- performing cooperation agreements with auditors, technical experts and trainers pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR,
- carrying out activities related to handling complaints submitted by clients of certified organisations pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
- providing marketing services pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
- fulfilling obligations arising from applicable law, including tax and accounting obligations, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- carrying out the human resources management process, including the management of our employees, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f), Article 9(2)(b) of the GDPR and Article 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code of 26 June 1974.
- We are entitled to disclose the data to authorised public authorities.
- Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation.
- Furthermore, we may disclose the data to the following groups:
- persons authorised by us—our employees and associates who require access to the data to perform their duties,
- data processors commissioned by us to perform activities requiring the processing of personal data.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of its processing, the right to object to its processing, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data infringes applicable law.
- Personal data will be processed until:
- the agreement has been performed and, following its completion, for purposes related to pursuing claims connected with its performance (as a general rule, for a maximum period of six years from the date on which the performance of the agreement was completed) and fulfilling obligations arising from applicable law, including, in particular, tax and accounting obligations (as a general rule, for five years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired),
- the end of the period arising from applicable law for fulfilling obligations related to the employment of an employee,
- the completion of the recruitment process, but no longer than six months,
- a response has been provided to the submitted enquiry or for the period specified in the consent granted.
- The data will not be used for automated decision-making based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
COOKIES
- The pcc-cert.pl website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
- Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, stored on the Service User’s end device and intended to facilitate the use of the pcc-cert.pl website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the period for which they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
- PCC-Cert Group Sp. z o.o. is the entity that places cookies on the Service User’s end device and accesses them.
- Cookies are used for the purpose of:
- adapting website content to the Service User’s preferences and optimising the use of the website; in particular, these files make it possible to recognise the Service User’s device and display the website appropriately, according to their individual needs,
- creating statistics that help us understand how Service Users use the website, allowing us to improve its structure and content.
- The website uses two main types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the Service User’s end device until they leave the website or close the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the Service User’s end device for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the Service User.
- Any Service User who does not consent to the use of cookies should modify their web browser settings accordingly.
- Changes to the Service User’s web browser settings may restrict access to some website features.
RULES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA USING THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM
As our company operates a Facebook fan page under the name PCC-CERT Polskie Centrum Certyfikacji | Facebook, we and Facebook Ireland Limited act as joint controllers of your data for statistical and advertising purposes.
Joint controllership includes the aggregated analysis of data for the purpose of displaying statistics concerning the activity of our page users.
