Key elements of an information security management system according to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. Exercises on interpreting and analyzing standard requirements regarding management systems.

Audit planning and preparation – use of a questionnaire. Conducting the audit: principles of on-site assessment and documentation of audit findings – exercises to enhance analysis and evaluation skills.

Jarosław Wąsiński

He holds a PhD in Economics, specializing in Management Sciences, from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He has been involved with ISO standards for many years, and not solely as an auditor. He gained his experience working as a consultant and implementation specialist for management systems—projects that included universities, research laboratories, and the restructuring of industrial plants incorporating new technologies. He is a qualified lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 27001, and ISO 22000/HACCP management systems. He is highly regarded for his knowledge, professional competence, and experience.
